Who's that girl?

Esma is a UX/UI Designer and Experience Lead blending design, strategy and technology to turn complex ideas into digital experiences that actually work. With a background in visual communication and years spent designing apps, products & websites across large-scale organizations, she moves comfortably between big-picture thinking and the tiny details that make an experience feel right and unique.

Known for her curiosity, strong visual eye and tendency to question “but why are we doing it this way? What is the user need? What is the business goal?”, Esma is especially drawn to connecting teams, systems, business goals and user needs until everything starts moving in the same direction. She believes good design isn’t just about beautiful interfaces. It’s about analyzing the data, doing the right research, creating clarity, challenging the status quo and making ambitious ideas real.

Outside of product design, creativity rarely switches off. Esma works as a wedding photo- & videographer, disappears into nature whenever life gets too screen-heavy, loves art and museums (also paints herself) and sometimes documents pieces of her life on YouTube. Life never gets boring for Esma, there's always a creative project, a photoshoot or else on her pipeline.
